MAYFIELD HEIGHTS, Ohio -- Law Director Paul Murphy said he has been studying for two months legislation Councilman Robert DeJohn has proposed to prohibit and penalize light trespassing on residential properties.
At this point, Murphy does not think it is a law that could be prosecuted.
