It has never been so easy to buy a pre-owned car, thanks to a partnership between Greater Alliance Federal Credit Union and Enterprise Car Sales.
Enterprise offers thousands of certified, affordably priced pre-owned cars for buyers to choose from, as well as a contactless buying experience. Greater Alliance offers low-interest financing and other services that protect consumers, while helping them buy the auto of their dreams.
“Right now, people don’t want to spend a lot of money on new cars,’’ said Sheryline Ingersoll, Greater Alliance’s director of marketing. “Our partnership with Enterprise gives our members a really great option. Comprehensive testing is done on all the vehicles so consumers can rest assured that they are getting a reliable vehicle. And we offer low-interest auto loans to complete the purchase. It’s a win-win.’’
In addition to low-interest loans, Greater Alliance also offers monthly incentives, such as further discounted rates when members buy a car through Enterprise. Auto buyers also receive generous trade-in credits for their current vehicle, based on the Kelly Blue Book value.
“Enterprise works with you to make sure you get the right automobile that is affordable for you,’’ Ingersoll said.
All Enterprise pre-owned vehicles come with a 12-month/12,000-mile limited powertrain warranty, a 109-point inspection, 12-month Roadside Assistance, a free Carfax report, seven-day repurchase agreement and haggle-free pricing.
To prevent the spread of COVID-19 and promote social distancing, Enterprise has introduced a new way to make it safer to buy quality, pre-owned vehicles, including contactless test drives and delivery.
Here’s how it works.
Auto shoppers can schedule a private test drive online or by calling the nearest dealership. All vehicles are wiped down and completely sanitized before each test drive.
Once purchased, vehicles can be delivered directly to a buyer’s doorstep. All paperwork can be completed electronically online using Docusign.
“Enterprise is taking all the safety precautions to make sure customers are safe during the car-buying process,’’ Ingersoll said.
Greater Alliance also offers its members a host of services through its Auto Buying Center, including an auto loan calculator, discounted auto insurance, unlimited CARFAX reports, GAP, MBP and loan refinancing deals, featuring low interest rates and a 1% cash back credit on refinances, up to $1,000.
“Many consumers are looking to lower their monthly expenses,’’ Ingersoll said. “This is a way to get a better rate and cash back. Consumers also save in the long run with much lower monthly payments.’’
In addition, the credit union features a first-time auto buyer’s program for people who have little or no credit.
“We can help these buyers purchase a car,’’ Ingersoll said. “Some dealerships won’t offer that because these buyers do not have a credit history.’’
Other credit union services include debt protection, which safeguards consumers in the event of death, disability or involuntary employment, by paying off the balance of the loan. This benefit can be affordably included in monthly payments.
