Grizzlies make it look easy again - PostBulletin.com

ST. PETERS, Mo. — The Rochester Grizzlies are off to a perfect start.

One day after beginning their season with a one-sided win over the St. Louis Jr. Blues, the Grizzlies go the better of the Blues again on Friday, winning 3-1.

Rochester’s North American 3 League team scored twice in the opening period, then tacked on one more goal in the third frame to skate away winners. The Blues got their only goal in the third period.

The Grizzlies dominated throughout, outshooting the Blues 36-21.

Matthew DeRosa got Rochester going at 2:13 of the first period, connecting off an assist from Logan Kroyman. Nearly 10 minutes later, Hunter Wilmes made it 2-0 in favor of the Grizzlies. He was assisted by Tyler Huffer and Joey Fodstad.
